1. Who we are

Docu Services USA is a private, independent appointment assistance service. We help you find and book a DMV appointment: we show you what is available, check that your details are complete and free of avoidable errors and, with your authorization, enter them into the DMV's online scheduling system on your behalf.

We are not the DMV, we are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, any other state DMV, or any public authority.

2. What the service is

When you use our service we:

• review and validate the details you give us (service, appointment type, DMV office, requested date and time, name, email, phone and address);
• look for mistakes, missing information or inconsistencies in those details;
• show you the dates and times that are open at the DMV, read from the DMV's own public online calendar, so you can choose one;
• once your details are validated, our team enters them into the DMV's own public online scheduling system, and the DMV sends its confirmation directly to your email.

The DMV alone decides what is available, confirms or rejects an appointment, and issues its own confirmation. We cannot guarantee a specific date, time or office.

Your authorization. By accepting these Terms you authorize Docu Services USA to enter the details you provide into the Virginia DMV online scheduling system on your behalf. You understand that some state DMVs restrict or prohibit the use of third-party scheduling services, and that you can schedule directly with the DMV for free.

Private service. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you have read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, and that you understand Docu Services USA is a private service, not the Virginia DMV, and that scheduling directly with the DMV is free.

3. What we do not do

• We do not issue official documents, take or replace any test, or make decisions for the DMV.
• We do not guarantee that a particular date, time or office will be available. If your requested time is not available, we will try another time slot or another day, keeping your time slot where possible.
• We do not charge government fees. Scheduling directly with the DMV is free and always available to you at dmv.virginia.gov/appointments.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including a working email address (the DMV confirmation is sent there) and phone number. You are also responsible for following the DMV's own rules and for attending your appointment.

5. Fees and payment

Our fee is a flat service fee of 29 USD for the appointment assistance service. It is charged in US dollars through our payment processor (Stripe). It is separate from, and is not, a government fee: the 29 USD is our service fee only. Scheduling directly with the Virginia DMV is free at dmv.virginia.gov/appointments. We do not store your card number.

6. Start of the service and refunds

The service begins as soon as your payment is received, and in any case within 24 hours. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Docu Services USA is not liable for the DMV's availability, decisions or actions, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona (Spain), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
