1. We are a private service

Docu Services USA is a private, independent appointment assistance service. We are not the DMV, not a government agency, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any public authority.

2. What we do

We help you find a DMV appointment: we review the details you provide so that they are complete and consistent and, with your authorization, enter them into the DMV's online scheduling system on your behalf. The DMV decides availability, confirms or rejects appointments and issues its own confirmation by email.

3. Free official scheduling

You can schedule directly with the Virginia DMV at no cost at dmv.virginia.gov/appointments. Our fee is for our appointment assistance service only.

4. General information
