2. About our service

Docu Services USA is a private appointment assistance service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any public authority.

3. Data we collect

• Contact details: first and last name, email, mobile phone.
• Appointment details: service, appointment type, DMV office, chosen date and time, and whether you want SMS alerts.
• Address: your street address and city (country: United States).
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number; we receive a payment reference and the amount.
• Technical data: cookies, device and usage data (see our Cookie Policy).

4. Why we use it

• To assist you with your appointment and provide the service you requested.
• To process your payment and send you a confirmation email.
• To answer your questions and communicate about your request.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Legal basis

Performance of the service you request, your consent where required, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and legal compliance.

6. Who receives your data

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under appropriate agreements: Stripe (payments), our email and automation tools, Google services (spreadsheets, analytics and advertising measurement) and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics). Appointment details are also entered into the DMV's own scheduling system so that the DMV can confirm your appointment. We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

We operate from Spain and some providers are located in the United States or elsewhere. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

9. Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

10. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by Stripe.
