Once a user requests and the service is accepted, a contractual relationship is considered established. From that moment, Docu Services USA begins the personalized administrative assistance requested.
Docu Services USA provides private administrative assistance, guidance, and support. We do not issue official documents nor make administrative decisions, as these are exclusively the responsibility of government authorities.
Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of the service, once administrative processing has begun, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not available.
Denial, rejection, or unfavorable outcomes by a government authority do not entitle the user to a refund, as fees are charged for the administrative assistance work performed.

The estimated response time for such requests is up to 72 hours.
By purchasing our services, the user expressly agrees that administrative processing may begin within 24 hours, thereby waiving any applicable right to cancellation.
This Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of Spain regarding the operator’s domicile.
